Hanoi Corner is a Vietnamese restaurant brand under Siam Thai Son Co., Ltd., founded from a simple yet profound aspiration: to bring the essence of Vietnamese cuisine—especially the flavors of Hanoi—closer to the international community. For us, each dish is not merely a culinary creation, but a piece of cultural memory—a story of people, land, and traditions preserved through generations.
From the very beginning, Hanoi Corner has chosen a clear path: to preserve the authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine while presenting it through a modern approach suited to the rhythm of international urban life. We believe that in an increasingly connected world, cuisine is one of the most genuine and accessible bridges between cultures. A bowl of hot pho, a plate of charcoal-grilled bun cha, or a rich cup of Vietnamese coffee can sometimes tell more than words ever could.
Our journey in Thailand began with humble steps, yet through perseverance and a firm belief in the value of Vietnamese cuisine, we have gradually built a restaurant system with multiple locations across Bangkok and Pathum Thani. Today, Hanoi Corner includes our Muang Ake flagship and central kitchen—the operational heart of the brand; our Big C Ratchadamri branch—serving vibrant urban diners; and our Central Chidlom (Lofter) location—where Hanoi’s flavors meet a premium retail environment, along with new developments in modern urban districts such as One Bangkok.
Each Hanoi Corner location shares a unified mission: to present authentic Vietnamese cuisine with respect for tradition and uncompromising quality. Signature dishes such as pho, bun cha Hanoi, cha ca La Vong, nem nuong, and banh mi are prepared with precision—from ingredient selection to service—ensuring that every guest experiences the refinement that defines Vietnamese culinary culture.
Beyond our restaurant operations, Hanoi Corner offers delivery services, corporate catering, and private events, while steadily expanding toward a structured chain and franchise model. Our goal is not only to grow, but to bring Vietnamese cuisine further into the world in a sustainable and meaningful way.
We are also honored to have participated in numerous official and international engagements. Hanoi Corner is a member of the Thai–Vietnam Friendship Association under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, as well as the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (VietCham). We have served at official events hosted by the Embassy of Vietnam in Thailand, including the Vietnam National Defence White Paper Launch (2023) and the 80th Anniversary of Vietnam National Day (2025). Previously, we participated in the 74th Anniversary of the United Nations in Bangkok (2019), served Vietnamese national teams at the SEA Games 33 (2025), and took part in high-level diplomatic activities, including accompanying Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra on her official visit to Vietnam in 2024. These milestones are both a source of pride and a responsibility to uphold our standards and reputation.
